Our management group was founded in 1997 by group of young property investors. We initially built a management team to handle our own multi-family portfolio in the Los Angeles area. We soon discovered that we had a real passion for property management, and began to offer management services to a small and selective list of clients. Over the years we have grown into a full-service property management company. Our management portfolio includes properties in California and Arizona. In 2017 we re-branded as On Pointe Property Management, LLC. At On Pointe our philosophy has always been to give each property our special attention and to treat every property as if it were our own.
